1. After you have made the first contact of calling or emailing us, we will speak with you over the phone to get an understanding of the situation and what the property is like.
2. We will then schedule an appointment to meet at the property so we can perform a thorough walkthrough of the entire "jobsite". ( Estimates/Walkthroughs are free of charge! )
3. We will discuss a price/payment methods & have gone over all aspects of the job.
4. Our crew will arrive at an appointed date & time, working normal business hours 8am-6pm to make sure we remove all trash, debris, junk, furniture, possible appliances, etc.
Depending on how large the job is, we ask for half of the full amount as a down deposit. (All Walkthroughs and estimates are free of charge.)
A majority of the cleanouts we have done are items that can or cannot be donated or recycled but we do dispose of all trash/garbage/debris accordingly depending on the item (i.e. Trash, metal, wood, plastic, glass, etc.)
From our experience, knowledge, and teamwork of our crew, we have done major cleanouts within 3 day's the most. We prepare our crew with a gameplan and execute the job with our expertise of sorting, loading, transportation, & disposal.
